1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship orders across India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods, sales, or festivals, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (metros and major cities)
  • Extended Delivery: 7–10 business days (remote or rural areas)
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on orders above a specific cart value (if applicable, as mentioned on our website at the time of purchase).
  • For orders below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping charges will apply and will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
  • You can track your order on our website or directly through the courier partner’s tracking page.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Delayed Deliveries

  • While we strive to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • Shop Shore will not be held liable for late deliveries caused by courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@shop-shore.com with photographs or unboxing videos as proof.
  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.

9. Change of Shipping Address

  • You may request a change in the shipping address before the order is shipped by contacting info@shop-shore.com.
  • Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.
