At Shop Shore, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms, conditions, and process for cancelling your order. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.


1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Time Limit:
    You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped or processed.
  • How to Request a Cancellation:
    To cancel your order, email us at info@shop-shore.com with the following details:
    • Order number
    • Full name
    • Reason for cancellation
  • Shipped Orders:
    If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, you may follow our Return and Refund Policy after receiving the item.

2. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • For prepaid orders, approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation will simply stop the shipment and no payment will be collected.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to our error.

3. Company-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued
  • Payment has not been successfully received for prepaid orders
  • Errors in pricing or product information on our website
  • Orders flagged as fraudulent or suspicious by our payment gateway or internal checks
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions that prevent fulfillment

If your order is cancelled by us:

  • You will be informed promptly via email
  • Any payments received will be refunded in full within 7–10 business days

4. Special Notes

  • Once a cancellation request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
  • We are not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by your bank, payment provider, or other intermediaries.
  • Multiple last-minute cancellations or COD order refusals may affect your future ability to place orders with us.
