- We accept returns within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

- We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or process a full refund based on your preference.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for items of the same type, size, and color (subject to stock availability).
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
7. Exceptions & Special Notes
- Slight variations in color, design, brand name, or weight may occur due to manufacturing processes or supplier changes. These will not be considered defects for return or refund purposes.
